Workshop of Occupational Health Works held by University Rectorship

The University Rectorship set a coordinative workshop represented by the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health as part of its plan in achieving a safe academic environment for staff and visitors and developing the occupational health works in campus. The Vice-Rector, Dr. Musallam bin Muhammad Aldousary, Dean of Medicine College, Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Alabdulwahhab, and his Vice-Deans attended the workshop aiming at determining the best mechanisms and measurements for prevention and guidance. The workshop was designed to spread the awareness of occupational health prevention in the different work environments in campus, provide healthy environment for staff, increase productivity through enhancing workers' health, foster prevention from risk sources in work environments, and upgrade efficiency of all staff in different levels. At the end, the Vice-Rector, Dr. Musallam bin Muhammad Aldousary, indicated in his speech that the University seek to achieve good results in occupational health and attributed its development to the academically qualified and physically sound personnel. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to all staff in Medicine and Medical Services College for their efforts and cooperation in enhancing the University works and for providing expertise to the University Rectorship and the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health.
