مهام إدارة الخدمات المساندة : 

-متابعة وإنهاء إجراءات جميع ما يخص الموظفين وفق ما يلي:

إجازات وترقية ونقل وتكليف ،وانتداب وعمل إضافي ودورات ونحوه.

 -متابعة الخطة التشغيلية والاستراتيجية والتقرير السنوي.

 -متابعة الدوام وبيانات حضور وانصراف الموظفين وحصر الغياب وإبلاغ الجهات ذات العلاقة.

 -تقديم الدعم للإدارات وحصر الاحتياج من أثاث وأجهزة وسلف ومتابعة تأمينها وتسجيل العهد وإنهاء جميع الإجراءات اللازمة.

 -الإشراف على موقع الإدارة بالبوابة الإلكترونية بموقع الجامعة ومتابعة الأخبار وتحديثها باستمرار.

Tasks of the Support Services Department:

-Follow up and finalize all employee's procedures including:

Vacations, promotion, transfer, assignment, secondment, overtime, courses, and the like.

-Follow up the operational and strategic plan and annual report.

- Follow up on attendance and leave and report to the relevant authorities.

-Provide support to departments including furniture, equipment, and advances, and securing them.

-Supervise the department’s website on the e-portal on the university and update the news.
