Support Services Department

Tasks of the Support Services Department:

-Follow up and finalize all employee's procedures including:

Vacations, promotion, transfer, assignment, secondment, overtime, courses, and the like.

-Follow up the operational and strategic plan and annual report.

- Follow up on attendance and leave and report to the relevant authorities.

-Provide support to departments including furniture, equipment, and advances, and securing them.

-Supervise the department’s website on the e-portal on the university and update the news.

-Supervise the activation of electronic services and transactions.

-Document the department's activities and provide the Media Center with news and events. 

-Prepare general periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements in coordination with the departments.

-Coordinate with the competent authorities on administrative, technical and service issues and respond to their inquiries.

-Organize and preserve documents in a way that ensures ease of retrieval.

- Carry out any other work or tasks assigned to the department.

 

Technical Support Department responsibilities:

1-Follow up with 'Hadir' system for attendance 

2-Issu all types of vacations.

3-Update employee data.

4-Submit and follow up on financial dues.

5- Coordinate continuously with the Deanship of Human Resources and the General Administration of Performance and Monitoring

 

Relations and documentation with support services:

1- Follow up on the e-portal and means of communication.

2- Document events, visits, meetings, etc.

3-Issue cards to employees.

4-Collect and prepare the annual report for the department
