1/ Organizing and supervising meetings, seminars, and training courses that contribute to community service.

2/ Coordinating with entities inside and outside the university in volunteer work.

3/ Promoting the culture of voluntary work and its importance among the faculty members.

4/ Highlighting the college's volunteer role in the media.

5/ Organizing participation in international and national events.

6/ Preparing the unit's operational plan.

مهام الوحدة:

/تهيئة الطلاب المستجدين لمعرفة الحياة الجامعية ونظام الدراسة بها من خلال برامج إرشادية لتوجيه الطلاب وتعريفهم بخدمات الوحدة.

2/ربط الطلبة المستجدين بالمرشدين الأكاديميين وذلك من خلال التعاون مع وحدة الحقوق الطلابية.

3/تحقيق الصحة النفسية للطلبة والمساهمة في مساعدتهم وتدريبهم على حل مشكلاتهم عن طريق المرشد الأكاديمي.

4/متابعة الأداء الأكاديمي للطلبة.

5/توجيه الطلاب المتعثرين دراسيًا وإرشادهم والاهتمام بهم ومتابعتهم لرفع مستواهم العلمي ومساعدتهم في التغلب على ما يواجهون من تحديات من قبل المرشدين الأكاديميين.

Unit tasks:

1. Introducing new students to university life, and study system through counseling programs.

2/ Assigning new students to academic advisors, through cooperation with the Student Rights Unit.

3/ Maintaining students' mental health and training them to solve their problems through the academic advisor.

4 / Following up the academic performance of students.

5/ Helping students who are failing academically to improve their performance and overcome the challenges they face with the help of academic advisors.

· نشر ثقافة التعلم الذاتي وذلك من خلال دورات تدريبية للطلبة وتحفيزهم على ذلك.

· إعداد الخطة التشغيلية للوحدة.

· توثيق وإعداد تقارير عن أنشطة الوحدة.
