The Center was established in 1430 AH / 2009 with the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz - may his soul rest in peace - under the name of the Research Center for Health and Basic Sciences. The center’s responsibility is focused on improving the health conditions of society by applying a number of medical researches that have won international distinctions to improve and spread health awareness.
تأسس المركز في عام 1430 هـ / 2009 م بموافقة كريمة من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز – رحمة الله – تحت مسمى مركز البحوث للعلوم الصحية والأساسية، حيث يتمركز مسؤولية المركز في تحسين ظروف المجتمع الصحية وذلك بتطبيق عدد من الأبحاث الطبية الحائزة على امتيازات عالمية لتحسين ونشر الوعي الصحي.
