The Vice-Dean’s Office for Educational Affairs and Development, represented by the Alumni Affairs Unit and in collaboration with the Department of Mathematics, organized a training workshop titled “The University Student as a Future Leader: Skills and Responsibilities”. The session was delivered by Dr. Jawaher Al-Zahrani.
The workshop addressed several key themes, including the concept of leadership, essential leadership skills, the qualities of an innovative leader, and the role of creative leadership in advancing the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. It also highlighted the contributions of government institutions in developing leadership capacities to support the Vision. The program featured engaging discussions with students on leadership, creative leadership, and the responsibilities of future leaders.
The workshop opened the floor for dialogue, allowing students to reflect on leadership qualities, the value of creative leadership, and the outstanding role of Majmaah University in preparing young leaders. The discussions underscored the university’s commitment to empowering future generations with the skills and knowledge needed to contribute effectively to national development and achieve future aspirations.
