The Administration organized the Hiraf Exhibition under the patronage of the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Shehri. This initiative is part of the administration’s efforts to foster creativity, innovation, and position the library as a hub of knowledge and community empowerment.

The Administration organized a daily Ramadan competition titled Smart Researcher from 2–20 Ramadan 1446 AH. More than 100 students participated in the event.
The contest aimed to strengthen research and exploration skills while encouraging students to make full use of the university’s library resources. Each day, a new question was posted requiring students to consult a book to find the correct answer. The first correct respondent received a daily cash prize of 200 SAR.

This library was recently established to create a safe and inspiring learning environment for children, reflecting the administration’s commitment to expanding access to its services and nurturing a love of reading from an early age.

The General Administration of Libraries and Knowledge Resources earned second place in MU Rector’s Award for Quality and Excellence. This recognition crowns the administration’s ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and elevate its services to the highest quality standards.

The achievement reflects a deep commitment to sustainable excellence, supporting the university’s educational and knowledge environment and strengthening its leadership in teaching, research, and community service.

An exhibition and discussion sessions was held to highlight the importance of reading and protecting intellectual property. The event also featured awareness brochures and an interactive corner where participants exchanged book recommendations.

نظّمت الإدارة مسابقة رمضانية يومية بعنوان ""الباحث الذكي""، وذلك خلال الفترة من 2 إلى 20 رمضان 1446هـ، بمشاركة أكثر من 100 طالب وطالبة.
هدفت المسابقة إلى تعزيز مهارات البحث والاستكشاف، وتحفيز الطلاب على استخدام مصادر المعرفة المتاحة في مكتبات الجامعة. تم طرح سؤال يومي يتطلب الرجوع إلى أحد الكتب للإجابة عنه بدقة، حيث يحصل أول من يجيب بشكل صحيح على جائزة مالية يومية قدرها 200 ريال.

تم إنشاؤها حديثًا لتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومشوقة للأطفال، في خطوة تعكس اهتمام الإدارة بتوسيع دائرة المستفيدين من خدماتها

حققت الإدارة العامة للمكتبات ومصادر المعرفة المركز الثاني في جائزة رئيس جامعة المجمعة للجودة والتميز، وذلك تتويجًا لجهودها المستمرة في تطوير الأداء المؤسسي والارتقاء بخدماتها وفق أعلى معايير الجودة. ويُعد هذا الإنجاز انعكاسًا لالتزام الإدارة بتحقيق التميز المستدام، ودعم البيئة التعليمية والمعرفية، بما يسهم في تعزيز مكانة الجامعة وريادتها في مجالات التعليم والبحث وخدمة المجتمع.

أُقيم معرض كتب وجلسات حوارية تناولت أهمية القراءة وحماية الملكية الفكرية، كما تم توزيع نشرات توعوية، وتنظيم ركن تفاعلي لتبادل التوصيات بين المستفيدين.
