ترتبط سكرتارية مكتب الوكيل بوكيل الجامعة وتعمل على تنظيم وتنسيق مواعيده ، وإدارة اتصالات وكيل الجامعة، والرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالوكيل، والتواصل مع الجهات ذات العلاقة بعمله داخل وخارج الجامعة، والإشراف على ترتيب مكتب الوكيل.
The Secretariat of the Vice-Rector’s Office is associated with the Vice-Rector and its primary duty is to organize and coordinate the Vice-Rector's appointments, manage calls, respond to inquiries, and communicate with sectors inside and outside the university.
