- To request service or support from the Networking Unit: Submit a request via the e-Services System at MU e-Portal The request must include details of the beneficiary such as name, location, contact Services can’t be delivered without submitting a request via the e-Services System For requests received from female campus, contact details of the coordinator should be added Requests are processed maximally within 48 hours For requests associated with new buildings, renovation and establishing labs, the Department of Networking should be contacted officially to inform the contract
The Operating System Department (OSD) is associated with the Vice-Dean’s Office for Technical Affairs at the Deanship of IT and is responsible of all issues pertinent to operating systems 9Linux,8,10 window,WindowsServer 2016,2012r2), servers, central storage units and backups. Goals: - Create an ideal work environment for the university staff in cooperating with other departments such as networking and information security.
The Female Department acts as a link between the Deanship of It and other colleges at female campus, and provides a wide-range of services such as technical support, networking and video & call conference to the university staff.

The Deanship of IT has a data center which comprises components that include servers, power and back power, UPS and fire extinguishing appliances. The data center also features a high level of security to maintain the operation of the servers in cooperation with other units.
