The committee consists of seven members from the faculty staff. Five male campus and two on female campus.
Follow-up of developments in the field of academic plans and programs in local and international universities.
Preparing guides and forms to achieve outstanding performance in creating academic plans.
Assisting departments in creating programs that meet the requirements of development plans, in addition to assisting them in choosing the necessary means to achieve these goals.
Proposing new procedures for developing academic plans and programs.
Establishing the specifications and standards that are necessary to create academic plans and programs in accordance with standards of academic accreditation.
Establishing mutual partnerships with private and public sectors to develop and improve academic plans and programs at CCIS.
Collaborating with local, regional, and international universities and other academic institutions for the quality of academic plans and programs.
Establishing distinctive educational environment that meets quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.
To achieve the requirements of local community and national development by setting plans that will contribute in having study plans and programs with high quality educational outcomes that apply local and international standards which ultimately help in developing the educational affairs at the university.

The Academic Plans and Programs unit committed to promoting student learning and success by partnering with faculty and staff to develop, deliver, and continuously improve academic programs; collaborating with the local, regional, and international universities and other academic institutions to develop, implement, and review academic policies; and engaging the campus leadership in academic planning.
