Department of Facility's Responsibilities
• Supervising the university facilities, buildings, halls, playgrounds, gardens, green spaces, roads, pavements and parking spaces. • Supervising the distribution of halls and offices according to actual needs. • Following-up with all colleges and departments of the University to maintain their facilities. • Inspecting buildings periodically by the facilities team. • Creating a database for each building, including details of the building in terms of space, number of halls and capacity. • Carrying out any other tasks assigned to the Department in accordance with its responsibilities.
