مهام الوحدة

• الإشراف على إعداد الخطة الاستراتيجية للوحدة ورفعها إلى منسق الكلية للشئون التعليمية.
• تنفيذ الخطة التدريبية للوحدة.
• تمثيل الوحدة في اجتماعات مجلس الكلية، ومجلس وحدات التعليم الالكتروني في عمادة التعليم الالكتروني والتعلم عن بعد بالجامعة.
• تنظيم وتنسيق اجتماعات الوحدة داخل الكلية.
• متابعة تطبيق معايير الجودة لكافة عناصر منظومة التعليم الالكتروني.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية عن أداء الوحدة ومنسوبيها ورفعها إلى منسق الكلية للشئون التعليمية.

• Supervise and submit the unit’s strategic plan to the college’s coordinator for educational affairs.
• Implement the unit training plan.
• Represent the unit in the college’s council meeting and the e-learning unit’s council at the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Learning.
• Coordinate the unit meetings at the college.
• Follow-up the implementation of quality standards for all e-learning elements.
• Prepare regular reports about the unit performance and staff and submit them to the coordinator for educational affairs.

تعتبر وحدة التعليم الإلكتروني من الوحدات الأساسية بكلية علوم الحاسب والمعلومات، حيث أنها تشرف على سير العملية التعليمية الإلكترونية سواءًا من خلال الإشراف على تطبيق نظام التعلم "Desire to learn" أو من خلال تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب فيما يخص استخدام الأدوات التعليمية والاستفادة القصوى من مصادر التعلم المتاحة.

The E-Learning Unit is one of the essential units at the College of Computer Science and Information. The primary role of this unit is to oversee the online educational process either by supervising the implementation of “Desire to learn’ learning system or by guiding faculty members and students on the best way of optimizing the available learning resources.
