Course Description:
Strategic Management course focuses on using simulation feeler primarily on the study of the fundamental tasks and functions of the heads of companies and boards of directors and senior management of business organizations. Students are taught Executive strategic skills. These skills include:
- The successful implementation of the strategy skills.
- Monitoring and reviewing strategic skills.
