Visiting Students

 

The definition of a visiting student:

 

a visiting student is the one who studies some courses in another university or in another branch of the university he belongs to without transferring to it, and the courses he has studied will be equalized according to the defined conditions.

Correspondence Department

 

-       Receiving, sorting and distributing administrative transactions

-   Communicating with all deanships, administrations and units attached to the Vice-Rectorate in issues related to the unit.

-       Coordinating the meetings of Report and Statistics Committee on regular basis.

-       Enforcing the financial procedures of the unit in accordance with the regulations.
