توفير بيئة نشر علمية محفزة ، يقوم فيها المتميزون من باحثي الجامعة بالإضافة إلى الباحثين المتخصصين بنشر البحوث ذات القيمة  لتعزيز مصادر المعرفة في التخصصات  الهندسية والتطبيقية وفق المعايير العالمية التي تخدم المجتمع المحلي ويتم من خلالها تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
