تشارك إدارة المستودعات في تحقيق أهداف الجامعة و تقوم بحفظ المواد و صرفها للوحدات الإدارية ويسير العمل فيها طبقاً لقواعد و إجراءات المستودعات الحكومية وما تصدره وزارة المالية و الاقتصاد الوطني من التعليمات في هذا الشأن و الأنظمة المتبعة في الجامعة.
Our vision is to be a full-fledged warehouse that uses the modern technology in all areas reducing the routine work on the purpose of providing access sought by everyone.
Our mission is to achieve Allah's pleasure and satisfaction as well as the concerned parties. We always strive to enable the Department of Warehouses to accomplish our work efficiently at ever faster speed. Thus, we strive to develop and improve work performance.
Our goals
Department of Warehouses contributes in achieving the goals of the university participating in saving the materials and distributing them to the Administrative Units, where the work is progressing in accordance with the rules and procedures of the governmental warehouses, released by the Ministry of Finance and National Economy of instructions in this regard and regulations of the university.
1. الإشراف على تنفيذ الأنظمة و اللوائح و القرارات المتعلقة بالمستودعات الحكومية وما تصدره وزارة المالية و الجامعة في هذا الشأن.
2. متابعة العمل في المستودعات و مراقبة تموينها و تقدير الاحتياجات السنوية للأصناف.
3. الإشراف على أعمال إدارة المستودعات و موظفيها.
4. التخلص من الرجيع بالطرق النظامية.
رؤيتنا أن يكون هناك مستودع بالكامل يستخدم التقنية الحديثة في جميع المجالات مع تقليص العمل الروتيني للوصول إلى إدارة نموذجية يسعى إليها الجميع.
رسالتنا تحقيق رضا الله ورضاء الجهات الطالبة ونحن نسعى إلى أن تكون إدارة المستودعات تنجز العمل بأعلى كفاءة و أسرع وقت دائماً ونسعى لتطوير العمل وتحسن الأداء.
أهدافنا
1. تطبيق ألية واضحة للعمل تزيد من سرعة الوصول إلى الأصناف.
2. تطوير عمل المستودعات ليطابق معايير المستودعات الأخرى.
3. رفع مستوى موظفي الإدارة.
