• تتولى اقتراح برامج التوعية والتثقيف في مجال التنمية المجتمعية، كالبرامج التعليمية والتدريبية والندوات والمحاضرات التي تساعد على نشر ثقافة خدمة المجتمع.
• اقتراح عقد المؤتمرات العلمية التي تعنى بقضايا خدمة المجتمع.
• التعاون مع وسائل الاعلام في مجال خدمة المجتمع، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات الاختصاص.

• تتولى متابعة ألية تقديم الخدمات المجتمعية من خلال المراكز المتنقلة للمرصد.

• متابعة تنفيذ برامج خدمة المجتمع الواردة بخطة التنمية العاشرة للجامعة، والخطة الاستراتيجية الثانية للجامعة.
•  تفعيل دور الجامعة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية والصحية وتوظيف القوى العاملة.
• اقتراح الخطط الكفيلة بتطوير وعي المجتمع المحلي نحو إسهامه في المشاركة في أنشطة الجامعة.
• نشر ثقافة مبدأ المشاركة الجماعية في تنفيذ أهداف التنمية.
• تقديم المقترحات التي تسهم في تجاوز معوقات تحقيق هذا الدور.

- Preserve the cultural and civilizational heritage of society.

- Integrate societal issues into research projects.

- Improve the efficiency of university employees.

- Monitor all events, conferences and seminars related to community service and highlight the most important ones as role examples

1. Helping health sectors locating within the club's geographical scope to increase their stock of blood units.

2. Reaching the donor at the place and time that suits him using a mobile health unit that is equipped with the latest medical equipment and a highly professional team

3. Promoting the culture of blood donation within the university’s geographical scope.
