Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assisting health practitioners with training courses and workshops to contribute to continuing medical education.
- Using the highest quality standards to develop professional competencies and provide effective solutions for organizations and human capital.
- Maintaining the focus on trainees to reach the highest levels of excellence.
- Hiring certified and experienced trainers and consultants and evaluating them using precise standards of competencies and behaviors, as well as verifying their intellectual ability.

- متابعة وانهاء جميع اجراءات جميع ما يخص الموظفين وفق ما يلي: اجازات وترقية ونقل وتكليف وانتداب وعمل اضافي ودورات ونحوه.
- متابعة الخطة التشغيلية والاستراتيجية والتقرير السنوي.
- متابعة الدوام وبيانات حضور وانصراف الموظفين وحصر الغياب وإبلاغ الجهات ذات العلاقة.
- تقديم الدعم للإدارات وحصر الاحتياج من اثاث وأجهزة وسلف ومتابعة تأمينه وتسجيل العهد وإنهاء جميع الاجراءات اللازمة.
- الاشراف على موقع الادارة بالبوابة الالكترونية بموقع الجامعة ومتابعة الاخبار وتحديثه باستمرار.
The Department's Tasks
-Follow up and finalize all employee's procedures including:
Vacations, promotion, transfer, assignment, secondment, overtime, courses, and the like.
-Follow up the operational and strategic plan and annual report.
- Follow up on attendance and leave and report to the relevant authorities.
-Provide support to departments including furniture, equipment, and advances, and securing them.
-Supervise the department’s website on the e-portal on the university and update the news.
-Supervise the activation of electronic services and transactions.

مهام واختصاصات الوحدة:
- متابعة أعمال خدمة المجتمع وتطوير البيئة وتقييم البرامج والخطط التي تنفذها الجهات ذات العلاقة في الجامعة.
- اقتراح الخطط الداعمة لبناء العلاقات الدائمة مع مؤسسات المجتمع وأفراده للمساهمة في دعم مبادرات الجامعة وخططها التشغيلية.
- بناء خطة الجامعة السنوية للمشاركة في المناسبات المجتمعية المختلفة.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on community service and environmental development work and evaluate programs and plans implemented by relevant departments at the university.
- Propose plans to support building permanent relationships with community institutions and individuals to contribute to supporting the university’s initiatives and operational plans.
- Set up the university’s annual plan to participate in various community events.

مهام واختصاصات الوحدة:
- تتولى اقتراح برامج التوعية والتثقيف في مجال التنمية المجتمعية، كالبرامج التعليمية والتدريبية والندوات والمحاضرات التي تساعد على نشر ثقافة خدمة المجتمع.
- اقتراح عقد المؤتمرات العلمية التي تعنى بقضايا خدمة المجتمع.
- التعاون مع وسائل الاعلام في مجال خدمة المجتمع، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات الاختصاص.
