أن تكون الإدارة مرشداً وموجهاً للمحافظة على سلامة تطبيق الأنظمة بالجامعة , وتقوم بكل ما من شأنه ضمان حسن سير العمل من خلال تحقيق الواجبات الوظيفية للموظف وفقاً للخطط والاستراتيجيات المرسومة.

متابعة تنفيذ الخطة الإستراتيجية والأهداف المعتمدة من الإدارات والوحدات المعنية، وتقييم نتائجه والوصول إلى أعلى درجات الرضا الوظيفي , والوصول بالموظف إلى أقصى درجات الإخلاص والانتماء.

The emergence of the Follow-Up Department:

For the importance that academic and educational workflow in accordance to the proper administrative procedures designed to improve the performance of educational, administrative and medical work, the decision no.10 was issued by the Rector on 1/7/1430H to establish the Follow-Up Department. It is the department responsible to follow-up the exchanged obligations and assesses the implementation of these obligations beside preparation of periodic reports.

نشأة إدارة المتابعة لأهمية سير العمل الإداري والأكاديمي وفق إجراءات تهدف إلى تطوير أداء العمل في القطاعات التعليمية والإدارية والطبية فقد صدر قرار معالي مدير الجامعة رقم ( 10) وتاريخ 1/7/1430هـ بإنشاء إدارة المتابعة . وهي الإدارة المعنية بمتابعة الالتزامات المتبادله وتقييم مدى تنفيذها وإعداد التقارير الدورية

Thanks to Almighty God that honored us to serve this dear country through the work at this young university, Majmaah University. I was more honored by contributing to the establishment Follow-Up Department, to carry out the duties assigned to them out of which and most important: justice, charity and development of the self-censorship role among the employee and the official alike.
