متابعة فروع العمادة النسائية والخدمات التي تقوم بها وكذلك احتياجات الفروع من الكوادر البشرية والمادية.

المهام:

•  متابعة أعمال الفروع النسائية من النواحي الإدارية.
• تطوير اعمال الخدمات في الفروع.
• تنفيذ ما يكلف به القسم من عميد العمادة.

Organizational connection:

This department is administratively and organizationally linked to the department of female student affairs. 

Mission:

Following up on the branches of the female including the services provided as well as their needs for human and other resources.

Tasks:

- Follow up on the administrative works

- Develop service work in the branches.

- Undertake what is assigned by the Dean of the Deanship.

• وضع خطة للفعاليات والأنشطة التي تعزز من مشاركة العمادة داخل وخارج الجامعة بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.
• تنفيذ ما يكلف به القسم من عميد العمادة.

This department is administratively and organizationally linked to the Department of Female Student Affairs.

Mission:

Coordinate activities and events that contribute to the Deanship’s participation in university activities.

Tasks:

- Develop a plan for events and activities that enhance the Deanship’s participation inside and outside the university.

- Undertake what is assigned by the Dean of the Deanship.

• متابعة حضور وانصراف الموظفات وفقاً للتعليمات الواردة من الإدارة العامة للموارد البشرية.
• تنسيق أعمال القسم النسائي.
• القيام بما يكلف به من عمل من عميد العمادة.

Organizational connection:

This department is administratively and organizationally linked to the Administration of female affairs

Mission:

Follow up on the administrative affairs of female’s departments.

Tasks:

- Monitor the attendance of female employees in accordance with the instructions received from the General Administration of Human Resources.

- Coordinate the work of the female’s department.

- Carry out any assigned task by the Dean of the Deanship.

Organizational connection:

The Department of Female Student Affairs is administratively and organizationally connected to the Dean of Information Technology and E-Learning and aims to supervise the financial and administrative affairs at female units in line with the rules and regulations of administrative and financial affairs at the university.
