إحدى الكيانات المساندة بعمادة السنة الأولى المشتركة المرتبطة مباشرة بالعميد، و تعنى بشكل مباشر بتطبيق سياسات العمادة و توفير بيئة أكاديمية نوعية في أقسام الطالبات. 

The Vice-Dean's Office for Student Affairs at the Common First Year is linked directly with the dean and is responsible of implementing the deanship's policies and creating conducive academic environment for students.

تعد السنة الأولى المشتركة جسر الطالب للتخصص وفيها يتعلم الطالب أهم المهارات اللغوية والعلمية التي تهيئه لاستكمال دراستها الجامعية. كما تعنى عمادة السنة الأولى المشتركة برفع مستوى الوعي والانضباط والمسؤولية لدى الطالب، الأمر الذي يسهم في بناء شخصيته الأكاديمية.

The Common First Year is considered to be the way for students to specialize. During this stage, students learn the most important linguistic and scientific skills that prepare them to complete their university studies.

It is also concerned with improving the level of awareness, discipline and responsibility of students, which contributes to building their academic personality.
