Continuing education is an integral part of any educational institution and plays a significant role in the development of education in all fields. Medicine and medical science are deemed the most important among all, and therefore there was a dire need to establish a continuing medical education unit. The Continuing Medical Education Unit aims to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of healthcare professionals through conducting CME activities that are accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

1. An estimated budget for the program must be attached to the description of the program. 2. The estimated budget must be approved by the continuing medical education committee before the program is conducted. 3. The continuing medical education committee is committed to complete the accreditation procedures of the program with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, including payment of required fees. 4. Payment of trainers is subject to the approved financial regulation at the Deanship of Community Service and Continues Education. 5.
