Project/Initiative Review Department:

Receive and review the submitted initiatives/projects and a recommendation is made consequently to the director of the center

Document Achievement Department:

List all achievements and market them in local and worldwide events

Follow-up and Evaluation Department :

Follow-up the stages of carrying out the initiative/project from the approval stage till it is completed. Reports are prepared for work progress and the extent to which the method of implementing the project was compatible with the original idea

استقبال المبادرات ودراستها وإعداد توصية لمدير عام المركز.

إدارة توثيق الإنجازات:

حصر إنجازات الجامعة في مجال المبادرات النوعية وتسويقها وإبرازها لجميع المحافل الداخلية والخارجية والإعلان عنها.

إدارة المتابعة والتقويم:

متابعة تنفيذ المبادرة من مرحلة الاعتماد حتى أن تصبح واقعاً، وإعداد تقرير عن سير العمل وقياس مدى ملائمة التنفيذ لفكرة المبادرة.
