Definitions: The expressions used in these bylaws have the following meanings:-
Scientific research: the accomplishment that is based on the common scientific basics. It is executed by an individual effort, collaborative effort, or both.
Lead researcher: a teaching staff member, or his equivalent. He represents the group participating in the research, supervises and manages it.
Participant: a teaching staff member, or his equivalent, who participates with a group of researchers in accomplishing a study on a certain topic.
