مادة (39): بعد مضي خمس سنوات من موافقة المجلس العلمي على طباعة الإنتاج ينتقل حق إعادة نشره كاملاً لصاحبه أو لورثته، وتكون إعادة النشر باتفاق خاص مع الجامعة.

مادة (38): تحتفظ الجامعة بحق إعادة نشر مطبوعاتها لفترة خمس سنوات، وإذا أضاف صاحب الإنتاج شيئاً مهماً إلى الطبعة فيقدر المجلس العلمي مكافأة خاصة عما أضاف بعد إجازته من المحكم (الفاحص).

Article (38):The University reserves the rights of republishing its publications for five years ahead . If the author adds an important scientific value to the edition, the scientific council will assess the subsequent remuneration after being evaluated by the evaluator.

Article(37): when reprinting the previously published material by the University, the owners of such material shall be treated as follows:

A-If the reprinted literature  were classified among the scientific projects funded by the University or obtained its intellectual property rights or authored by professors who were ordered by the University to temporarily leaving job in order to fulfill such academic projects , the writers  may not be repaid for  reprinting.

مادة (37): عند إعادة طبع المصنفات المنشورة من قبل الجامعة يعامل أصحابها وفق ما يلي:

‌أ ) إذا كانت المصنفات قد تمت ضمن مشروعات علمية أنفقت عليها الجامعة أو اشترت حقوق طبعها بشكل نهائي أو أنجزها أساتذة تم تفريغهم من قبل الجامعة لإنجازها فليس لأصحابها أي حقوق مالية جديدة عند إعادة الطبع.

‌ب) المصنفات التي أعدها أصحابها واشترت الجامعة منهم حق النشر يصرف لهم – عند إعادة الطبع – مكافأة لا تتجاوز ما صرف لهم في المرة الأولي.

Article (36): The copyright return will automatically entail the author to transfer his intellectual property right  of the authored or the translated book for a period of five years started from the date of printing approval issued by the Scientific council. 

مادة (36): يعد مقابل حق النشر تنازلاً من المؤلف عن حقه في طبع الكتاب الذي ألفه، أو حققه، أو ترجمه لمدة خمس سنوات من تاريخ موافقة المجلس العلمي على طباعته.

Article(35): If the production is a kind of translation, the University has to stipulate the following conditions:

A-The translated work has to have a scientific validity or practical importance.

B-The translated work has to be subjected to the evaluation process by more than one evaluators.

C-The translator and the proofreader  have to be perfectly proficient in both  languages ; the target language of translation and the source language.

مادة (35): في حال الإنتاج المترجم يشترط ما يلي:

‌أ ) أن يكون العمل المترجم ذا جدوى علمية، أو تطبيقية ملموسة.
‌ب) أن يخضع العمل المترجم للتحكيم من قبل مراجع أو أكثر.
‌جـ) أن يكون المترجم، والمراجع متقنين إتقاناً كاملاً للغتين المترجم منها والمترجم إليها.
‌د ) أن يلتزم المترجم بمراعاة ملاحظات المراجع وما اقترحه من تعديلات.
هـ) الحصول على حق الترجمة، والنشر من الجهات المعنية قبل البدء في ذلك.

Article(34): The owner of the scientific production   submitted for publication has to  correct the printing mistakes and completely prepare the indices and  he will be provided  a number of one hundred copy from what  is printed by the University.
