* Simplify the academic and administrative procedures for male and female students such as: (loans, subsidies, aviation forms, final discharge form from Student Affairs, nutrition services and medical services.
Vision:
The Unit of Student Activity is to be an environment of high quality in providing excellent services in the field of student activities, to be an incentive for male and female students in order to develop their life skills, and refine their practical experiences, as befitting to the level of the college.
Tasks :
* Analysis of the current situation.
* Create a database for graduates and follow it up.
* Create a database for institutions and partnerships associated with graduates.
* Measure the level of satisfaction of graduates and institutions.

The Unit of Graduates in the College of Education in Majmaah is based on building communication and strengthening it with graduates through constant interaction between the graduates and the college.
Tasks:
* Analysis of fact allowing the construction of an integrated system of information about all students and their academic status.
* Determine the total available potentials of the college to get the maximum benefit of these potentials, and provide what is needed for the success of the registration process
