This unit specializes in planning and organizing community service activities provided by the College in order to interact with the social institutions in various sectors of society. It also contributes effectively to meet their training needs for the development of their ability in dealing with modern social issues besides providing appropriate solutions and perceptions for these issues.

This unit specializes in the development of a culture of quality, evaluation of the level of performance and implementation of strategic plans of the College. It supervises the collection of data and information for continuous quality activities at the College. It also documents results and efforts in all quality activities and prepares reports regarding the performance and satisfaction of beneficiaries of different activities.
