The project is located on MU main campus with a total area of 66.550 m2. The building has five floors divided into six bulkheads. It also has parking lots at its basement. It is regarded one of the largest administrative buildings designed for the ministry of education. It accommodates all the university departments and its supporting deanships with a capacity of 2000 male and female employees.
