The policy of Risk Management Department at Majmaah University

Majmaah University adopts an effective strategy for risk management as a basis for achieving the university strategic and operational plan. Hence, risk management is part and parcel of the decision-making process for the university and is planned to be consolidated with the strategic and operational planning processes at all levels through the following measures:

1. Conducting a risk assessment for new projects and activities, including all educational and research projects, operations, systems and activities.

2. Identifying risks and their potential occurrence along with analyzing them to determine the best procedures of minimizing them.

3. Provide training and consultation on the basics of risks assessment and management for staff

4. Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are clear

5. Regular review and monitoring the implementation of risks management process is an integral part of the university’s tasks

6. The university is committed to review the policy of risk management annually

7. The university top management is committed to provide the necessary financial and human resources to review and develop the risks management plan.
