Missions of Almajma'ah University Vice President for Educational Affairs
All the following faculties and deanships are connected to him:

3. Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education
4. Deanship of Preparatory Year
5. Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education
6. Arabic Language Center for Non-Arabic Speakers
The Vice President has been given the following missions:
1. Continuing communication with deans of faculties and deanships that are connected to him. Studying ways of performance development and reviewing programs and educational and study plans. Presenting specialized studies in order to increase the number of specializations and departments and suggesting the number of students that could be accepted in faculties. Suggesting books and references that faculties need in order to facilitate the learning process in university period and coordinating with all faculties.
2. Direct supervision over teaching loads of teaching staff and conducting studies and analysis in accordance with regulations and laws.
3. Recommending those whom faculties need their experience from the teaching staff or any other highly qualified lecturers, and issuing disbursement order to receive their payment.
4. Presenting assistance plans of teaching staff regarding the extra hours and permission for disbursement orders.
5. Following development of planning programs and the executive tools for community service and continuing education, and defining beneficial programs for labor market pursuant to regulations and instructions by university.
6. Supervising the scientific and administrative workflow, and designing executive plans for raising the level of performance. This will be done in coordination with other related deanships and faculties that are specialized in training and improving performance in the university.
7. Approving evaluation forms of employees' performance in all units and administrations except deans and their deputies. These forms are prepared by vice president for educational affairs, and then given to the president to approve those who get "satisfactory" and less.
8. Approving that all employees of university units and administrations should get all their rights including holidays, and the general administration for administrative and financial affairs will complete the procedures according to the university regulations.
9. Applying sanctions, pursuant to university regulations, over the employees in the administration that are under the supervision of vice presidency for educational affairs.
10. Referring those who violate rules, whether male or female students, to the disciplining committee.
11. Providing the units and deanships that are connected to vice presidency for educational affairs, with no more than two hundred thousand riyals for every time after making sure this sum of money exists.
12. Giving permission for those who are required to work extra load provided that it will not take more than seven days in a month, and not more than four months in a fiscal year.
13. Mandating experienced people within Saudi Arabia for not more than five days every time, and not more than 30 days in a fiscal year.
14. Permission for disbursement order from his own loan, if it exists, within regulations ad rules of loans.
15. Creating temporary committees to help finish some duties of all units and administrations related to the vice presidency for educational affairs, and working on creating standing committees along with a blueprint to define the functions and missions of these committees.
16. Communicating with his counterparts in different ministries and public and private organizations within the kingdom or outside such as the Saudi attaches overseas.
17. Presenting suggestions that help to develop and raise performance level that correspond with the university goals in the academic, research, administrative and technical fields. Fruitful partnership with others is very crucial to university development.
18. Holding periodical discussion meetings with units' deans and directors of related administrations, and consulting with them when necessary helps overcome obstacles and advance the university to the best.
19. Identifying the needs for teaching staff, administrators, technicians, workers, equipments and other things that units and administrations need, and coordinating with general administration for administrative and financial affairs.
