Inviting Faculty Members Whom their Research is Recommended to participate in the Exhibition of Posters

Deanship of Scientific Research is celebrating the Exhibition of  Posters under occasion of the Scientific Research Day during  Rabi Thani, with the participation of researchers whom their research is recommended for the academic year 1432/1433 H ,and who have completed only 50% of the search or have completed 100% of the research. In addition to, the participation in workshops associated with the Scientific Research Day. The Deanship should receive  the list of Posters as well as the participants in the workshops, giving the names of researchers, title of research, and status of research (completion 50% or 100% of the search), in order to enable the Deanship to prepare the necessary arrangements.

Collecting Posters from researchers will be as the following :

Firstly: Organize the data of the Poster: (names of the items may vary from 7-10 according to the area of ​​specialty)
1 - Posters in Arabic Language: at the top of the poster, the university's logo is on the right, the researcher's photo is on the left, and the name of the Research Center   which the researcher belongs to is in the middle.
2 - Posters in English Language: at the top of the poster, the university's logo is on the right, the researcher's photo is on the left, and the name of the Research Center  which the researcher belongs to is in the middle.

3-Write the name of the Research.
4 - Write the name of the researcher/researchers as well as the College and Department that the researcher/researchers belongs/belong to
5 - Nature of the problem.
6 - Objective.
7 -  Tool/Method of Research.
8 - Hypotheses of Research.
9 -  Results of Research(Completed Research).
10 - Recommendations (Completed Research).
11 - References.

Secondly: Posters Design

Design Posters using the attached templates, where one can add other designs under the condition of keeping the background of the poster as the following:
1 -  50% completion of the research is using  template number (1).
2 - 100% completion of the research is using template number (2).
3 -  Width size of the Poster 70 cm (27.56 inches), and height 100 cm (39.38 inches).

4- For printing the Poster at any office, it is recommended to save the Poster as an image ( Format.TIF format= Tag image File) and with density (Resolution) not less than 70.

 Hopefully we receive Posters no later than Wednesday 11/03/1434 H in order to enable the Deanship to make the necessary arrangements, and we acknowledge the need to adhere to prepare the Posters  in accordance with the design referred to previously.
