A DELEGATION OF STUDENTS FROM COMMUNITY COLLEGE PAYS A VISIT TO THE BUDGET DEPARTMENT AT THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IN MAJMAAH

A visit was made by a delegation of students from the administrative & humanities department at Community College in collaboration with the student activities department and the supervision of Dr. Haitham A. Shaba’an and Mr. Mahmood M. Al-Shareef to the budget dept. at the Education Department in Majmaah. The delegation was welcomed by the Supervisor of Educational Affairs Mr. Saleh M. Al-Rabi’ah, Director of Budget Dept. Mr. Fahad S. Al-Mutairi, Director of Public Relations Mr. Saleh Al-Dahsh and Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Abdel Aziz Al-Mejil.

The visit included introducing students to the organizational structure of the budget dept., the means of preparing an annual budget project for administration, the way of organizing the transactions and information related to the department and the way of preparing the operational budget for schools in each semester.

Mr. Al-Mutairi provided a full account explanation about the financial program of the administration followed by answering the students’ inquiries pertinent to the program.

At the end, the delegation extended their thanks to the department for their cooperation and hospitality.
