1ST MEETING OF HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AT COLLEGES, DEANSHIP AND DIRECTORATES

In the presence of the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the General Manager of Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Mousa and the Dean of Human Resources, Dr. Alhumaidi Al-Daidan, the first meeting of heads of departments at colleges, deanship and directorates was held by the Directorate of Development.
Titled “Our Forum”, the meeting began a recitation of Holy Quran followed by a speech delivered by the General Manager of the Directorate of Development, Mr. Khalid Al-Dhiabi who extended his thanks to MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren for allowing this meeting to take place; to the Vice-Rector, Prof. Al-Dosair for attending the meeting and following-up the activities held by the Directorate; and to all heads of departments for being active in the meeting.
Addressing the audience, Prof. Al-Dosari commended the topics of this significant meeting and said that success is determined by all employees at MU who also participate in making decisions.
Mr. Al-Mousa said that the university is using modern technology to keep abreast of development needs. The university is making headlines under the leadership of MU Rector and the follow-up of vice-rectors and deans, added Al-Mousa who commended this meeting in enhancing these successes.
Dr. Al-Daidan said that the university strives to achieve the Kingdom’s vision 2030 by qualifying its staff to be leaders in the future.
The meeting featured two workshops focusing on several topics: environmental health, general directorate of follow-up, security and safety, projects and technical affairs and human resources.
A number of recommendations were made which will be submitted to the university leaders.
On the sideline of the meeting, Mr. Ahmed Al-Huseinan, a staff at the directorate of development, was honored in recognition of his efforts, including the coordination for this meeting.
