H. E. the General Mufti of the Kingdom in the hospitality of the university, He gave a guidance speech and met with leaders of the university.

His Eminence Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh the General Mufti of the Kingdom and President of the Council of Senior Scholars paid a visit to the university. He was received upon his arrival at the university City headquarters by His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khaled bin Saad Al-Muqrin, the Vice Rectors, Deans of Colleges and Supporting Deanships. After a short rest,  His Eminence accompanied by the university rector went to the main hall and took his place on the theatre, verses of the Holy Quran were read by the student Mohammed Abdullah Al Rwaished. Then, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Humanities and Master of the meeting, Dr. Mansour bin Othman Al Dhwaihi introduced His Eminence to attendances welcoming him within the premises of Majmaah University and thanking him for this visit. After that, the Rector Dr. Khaled bin Saad Al-Muqrin gave a speech where he welcomed His Eminence the Mufti and the audience saying: Today is one of the Universities eternal days, where we receive a man who served this country and known for his voice of wisdom and prudence. This is not surprising from our great scholars. The Rector also thanked His Eminence for this visit which is considered one of the rare visits that gives motivation to the university affiliates and encourage for more giving. He also thanked the leaders for supporting this university. He pointed out that the University has twelve faculties and serves four provinces of Riyadh Region. At the end, he wished that the University has performed its entrusted role. After that, the Great Mufti was presented by the Rector for his extensive and thorough orientation speech who said: I find it an opportunity to visit this young university. He emphasized that the universities have a major role towards the community and the youth of this country. He thanked Almighty God for all the blessings that require thanks and praise with the necessity of commitment to the teachings of Islam and adherence to what he brought the holy book and Sunna as the sent messages for the male and female students in which he stressed on the necessity of adherence and commitment to the orders of God regarding good work and the virtue of the seeker of knowledge. His Eminence spoke about the care of Islam for youth and their upbringing, indicating that young people need great care, especially from parents from an early age with stress on religious matters, particularly the performance of the five daily prayers on time with the group, He pointed out that parents are role models for the son or daughter in their work and their dealings they are role models for them in most things. His Eminence added that the young youth bear the burden of his nation and should avoid vices, the hope is in the universities to contain our youth and showing them the right direction to benefit their society. We thank Almighty God, who prepared for our nation sincere leaders who refer to the Holy Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger. So, let us help them after God in preserving our security and our homeland and become one hand and one heart to protect this country. Errors may be there in any work, but let us put goodwill in front of us and extend the helping hand to our leadership in all that the benefit of this nation and we thank God that this country is far from all partisan and sectarian thanks to God and thanks to our leadership which is keen to this country and on society in general. He called on God to help the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and their government and its people. His Eminence then answered questions from the audience. The most important questions that were confirmation of his eminence in response to a question about the virtues of the day of Ashura on the ninth & tenth days are Monday and Tuesday, and noted that the veil is to cover the woman’s face and not revealing it. In answer to His Eminence Is it permissible for those who remain in the place of work or school from Saturday to Wednesday of each week that falls short in his prayers he said: I do not see him to shorten his prayers as he is considered resident of the place for staying more than four days. After that, His Eminence moved to the Student Affairs Hall where he met the university vise rectors, deans and directors in the presence of the university rector. His Eminence listened to a presentation about the most prominent achievements of the university, its business, successes and ​​serves provided to the community during the two years of its establishment. His Eminence answered some of the questions from the university officials and praised what he heard of reports about the University and its efforts and prayed to God hoping success for all. At the end of the visit, His Eminence honored the banquet lunch held by the University in honor of His Eminence then left the headquarters on his way to Riyadh.
