His Excellency Rector of the University Issues a decree of forming a Higher Committee to Follow up the Projects and Preparations in the University

His Excellency Rector of the University, Dr. Khalid Bin Sa’ad al-Muqrin a decree of forming a committee called “The Higher Committee to follow up projects and preparations in the university”. The committee will consist of his Excellency Rector of the University, Dr. Khalid Bin Sa’ad al-Muqrin as a chairman, Vice Rector for graduate studies and scientific research, Dr. Mohsen Bin Abdelrahman al-Mohsen as a vice chairman, general supervisor of the Rector office, Dr. Musallam bin Mohammad al-Dosari as a member, consultant of Rector office, Dr. Mohammad Bin Abdelrazaq al-Duaysh as a member, general supervisor of projects management and technical affairs, Nasser Bin Abdullah al-Dehmish as a member, general manager for administrative and financial affairs, Abdullah Bin Abdelraheem al-Fauzan as a member and director of budget, Dr. Khalid Bin abdelrahman Abu Hussein as a secretary of the committee. The mission of this committee is to follow up the general policies of the university projects, buildings, locations and preparations with respect to prioritization, selecting a position, the level of buildings according to the needs, the ways of designing, planning and looking into any offer concerning projects and buildings with respect to designing, supervision and implementation after the whole procedures are completed with the authority as well as following up with the contracts and decrees as well as meeting hall contents through constant reports about its achievements and making field visits whenever it is possible. The committee will also choose the ways of implementing these projects, the method of supervising the implementations of these projects, the practical way of making us of the avialble articles in the budget of the university as well as paving the ways for implanting the projects, looking into the communication reports with ministry of higher education concerning the projects of the university supervised by the ministry and conducting studies with regard to those projects and taking the necessary actions.
