A number of the General Department of Planning and Development headed by Mr. Abdel Aziz Al-Thumeiry, Administrative Assistant, Dr. Adnan Gheit, Consultant and Mr. Yousif Al-Gheleikah, researcher paid a visit to the Department of Planning and Quality at King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. The purpose of the visit is to have a look at the efforts being exerted by the department in the field of planning and development as well as exchanging experience with each other.
The delegation was received by His Excellency the Head of Planning and Development Department, Dr. Abdel Aziz Jacob Barnawi who welcomed the guest.
A lengthy meeting was held to review the last annual report 1431/1432 H for King Fahad University as well as the strategic plan of the university. It also included the discussion of the major obstacles encountered by the Department in collecting the data and the way of coordinating with other departments.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Barnawi extended his thanks to the delegation and promised to pay back the visit.
