MU rector launches Employee Engagement Project

Under the patronage of MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, the Employee Engagement Project was launched which aims to enhance employee cohesion within the university and make the work environment more attractive and productive.

MU rector, Prof. Al-Mezal highlighted the importance of this project in strengthening the relationship among employees in various university departments, pointing out that job engagement is the main factor that enhances the employee's connection to their organization and motivates them to create the best performance. He explained that the project aims to improve the work environment by enhancing communication among employees which will result in job satisfaction.
