A hotline dedicated daily from 7 am to 7 pm for students who are availing themselves of the transportation services. This service is one of Risk Management Platform's goals.
Mr. Mohammed Al-Muzainy, head of transportation department, pointed out that this service is becoming prominent as the university's geographical area is expanding and a wide-range of services are provided, commending the support of the university support.
