The Innovation and Entrepreneurship at MU held a meeting with the student club of the College of Computer 'TechHub' to support the club’s activities which aim to achieve the goals of the national strategies for research, development, and innovation. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Mutairi, the head of the Center, and a number of members who are interested in the field of technology.
Dr. Al-Mutairi pointed out that the main goal of this meeting is to enhance cooperation among the university’s various departments to keep pace with modern developments in the field of technology transfer and localization. He also stressed the importance of investing in talented students who are expected to lead innovation and development in the industrial and technical fields. He also highlighted the role of TechHub in creating an environment for students who are interested in technology and develop their skills.
Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar, MU's vice-rector, said that this meeting with TechHub aims to build a generation of creative and innovative young people in the field of technology. The university is determined to help students to achieve their ambitions and contribute to the technological and economic progress of the Kingdom.
