The Office of the Dean for e-Learning concluded a training program for the new e-learning system: Blackboard, one of the common electronic educational systems in higher education worldwide.
It is also an added-value to the e-learning system at Majmaah University as it includes many electronic learning features that contribute to the development of the educational process.
Upon the directives of the Vice-Rector and the supervisor of the Office of the Dean, Prof. Musalam Al-Dosari, the new system will be launched starting from the second semester of the year.
For his part, the Vice-Dean of Development and Quality pointed out that the training course was provided to coordinators and trainers of the e-learning units at the male campus. Preparations are underway to conduct similar training for coordinators and trainers of the e-learning units at the female campus.
Support will be provided to trainers who will be in charge of training at their colleges and by the next semester, courses for the new system will be conducted remotely.
