Deanship of Graduate Studies provides Colleges with Procedural Manuals

To facilitate many of the Deanship of Graduate Studies’ procedures for colleges and graduate students, a number of procedural manuals related to graduate studies were provided to colleges – from the admission stage to attending classes- such as changing a program and approval of research plan and appointing a supervisor and forming a viva panel.
The manuals introduced students and faculty members and heads of departments to the detailed procedures of admission and application such as approval of admission conditions, deferment of admission or study, withdraw from a course, transfer – all of which are linked with the general and executive regulations.
