The Scholarship Committee at Majmaah University has been convening in a chain of meetings to put in concrete terms its vision in supporting scholarship holders of Majmaah University. The Committee held its fifth and sixth meetings for the academic year 1436/1437 AH under the chairmanship of Dr. Mohammed Al-shaya, Vice-rector of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research who stated that in the presence of committee members the below scholarships were granted to the following teaching assistants: 1- Munira Mohammed Al-Subaie to study a master's degree in Linguistics at Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University; 2- Mohammed Abdullah Al-Abdul-Kareem to study French and have the Fellowship in plastic surgery at the University of Tours, France; 3- Hissa Abdullah Al-Ebid to study a master’s degree in Hadith at the College of Education at Majmaah University; 4- Sarah Abdulaziz Al-Qashami to study a master’s degree in Hadith at the College of Education at Majmaah University; 5- Abdullah bin Othman bin Hassan to study a master’s degree in Arabic at Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University. Furthermore, the Committee has approved to upgrade the scholarships of the following students: 1- Bader Al-Jamaan to carry on with a Ph.D. in Business Administration at Manchester Metropolitan University. 2- Lalia Al-Manqour to carry on with a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Manchester University. Seven other students were granted scholarship extension to continue their studies in different majors.
