On Monday the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research held the first meeting after merging the two deanships: Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
Launched by a welcoming the dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Al-Saawi, the meeting addressed the programs that have been held as well as the future goals in accordance with the organizational guide.
The dean also discussed a proposal to hold a scientific forum for postgraduate studies and scientific research to highlight the scientific productions of faculty members and postgraduate students at the university.
The meeting also addressed a proposal to expand the research grant program to include outstanding research, research groups, international cooperation research, and graduate students' research that are accepted for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
