MU’S STRATEGIC PLANNING DEPARTMENT VISITS ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY

A delegation from the Strategic Planning Department headed by Dr. Sa’ad Al-Ghatani, supervisor of the department, paid a visit to the Vice-Rector’s Office for Development at the Islamic University. The delegation which includes Dr. Adnan Keteit, advisor of the department, Mr. Abdullah Al-Mazru’e and Mr. Misha’al Al-Rashidi was welcomed by the Vice-Rector for Development, Dr. Mohammed Al-Otaibi, Dean of Studies and Planning, Dr. Abdulateef Al-Oraini, and Dean of Academic and Administrative Development, Dr. Omar Al-Selumi.
The primary aim of the visit is to share each other’s experience of work management including the best methodology of collecting data. A practical application was conducted for a number of follow-up models of strategic plan followed by a review for the e-system of the plan.
Dr. Al-Ghatani has extended his thanks to both the Islamic University for the hospitality and to Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, Vice-Rector, for his constant advice to learn from the experience of similar departments in other universities.
