The General Administration of Services, represented by Performance Booster Unit, conducted several specialized courses to the staff.
The 22-hour training courses featured issues related to improvement of skills and management, dealing with beneficiaries, bearing work pressure and crisis management in administrative works.
The courses were held virtually in cooperation with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education and were presented by Abdel Aziz Al-Otaibi.
