Upon directives of his Excellency the University Deputy Rector, Dr. Musallam Mohammed Al-Dosari, The Evaluation Committee of University property of fixed assets of land and buildings convened its first meeting at the headquarters of the General Department of Facilities and Services. The meeting was headed by the General Manager of Facilities and Services, Mr. Abdullah Mohammad Al-Abdeljabbar, and it was attended by the following committee members: the Director of the Department of Finance Mr. Zafer Bin Mohammad Al Shehri, the Director of Services Administration Mr. Metaeb Bin Mohammad Al Maymoun, the Director of Facilities Administration Mr. Baddah Abdelrahman Al-Baddah, Eng. Mohammed Bin Dakhil Allah Al-Mutairi from the General Administration of Projects and Technical Affairs, and the head of accounting at the Department of Finance Mr. Fahad Ibrahim Al-Romaih. During the meeting, the committee examined all threads on its agenda and after trading opinion and advice, recommendations were submitted to the Deputy Rector of the University, Dr. Musallam Mohammed Al-Dosari, for further instructions
