PMO conducts a Workshop to discuss managing Knowledge Management System

Within the framework of the developmental efforts exerted by the university to achieve its strategic goals and in line with the Kingdom vision 2030, MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren directed the Project Management Office to develop a system to manage the university knowledge production entitled “ Knowledge Management System”.
The System is designed to set up a database that contains all knowledge productions of the university including research, inventions, dissertations, research projects, graduation projects and research facilities. This knowledge are saved and accessible and will have positive impact on the progress of the university’s performance in the future.
A workshop was conducted accordingly to discuss the mechanisms of developing the system. A number of recommendations were made, most of which is to request from the Vice-Rector’s Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research the concerned persons who are to be granted the authority to run the system.
