His Excellency the Vice Rector and the Chairman of Projects Examination and Priorities and Needs Determination at the university, Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari held its 13th meeting on Wednesday, 15/11/1435, at the Hall meetings happiness office.
The Committee discussed a number of topics from various departments at the university regarding the needs of the projects and the mechanism of implementation, the Commission has approved four projects, provided by a number of university authorities.
The Committee also commended the blessed efforts of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs regarding the utilization of budget items optimally and the care to meet all the requirements on time. HE ordered to continue these efforts and overcome the various difficulties they may face.
The Committee also reviewed the announcement sent to all units of the university about the end of the current period to enclose the need of the projects, which ends in 11/30/1435 and survey the incomes of the various university units about it, HE recommended to follow-up of all colleges and Deanships, and departments to submit their needs as soon as possible.
On the other hand, it has been recommended for the Project Management Office to complete the ended projects data and cooperate with the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, due to the need to update the data and archive them electronically.
