The supervisor of the University Project Management Office received a delegation from the Facilities Security Forces which includes the Director of the Project Management Office and a number of officials.

The Rector of Islamic University was briefed on the features of recent version of the project management system PMO2.
Among the features seen by the Rector were project application, how set up a project timetable plan , risks and correspondences.

In cooperation with the Operation and Maintenance Administration, the Project Management Office has completed the process of moving to the new building.

The Project Management Office received a letter of thanks from the Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqrin, as the annual report of the Project Management Office (PMO) 1437-1438 achieved an average rating level by the Annual Reports Committee.

The Project Management Office received a delegation from the Project Management Department at the Institute of Public Administration in order to learn from the experiences of PMO at the University.

The project management team held the second phase of the training of the students of Engineering on "Microsoft Project" program aimed at developing the skills and abilities of the College students.

Under the development plan of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Office held a training session for project managers. The session included the following:
• How to write the tender specifications and project plans as well as how to use the project management system PMO2.

The Project Management Office held a training course for project coordinators on how to use the PMO2 project management system and the unified application portal on the Correspondence Tracking System.

A workshop was held jointly between the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Deanship of Scientific Research (DSR) on the theme “ Construction of Digital Warehouse for the University’s Research”.
