تصرف مكافأة التفوق نهاية كل عام دراسي حصل فيها الطالبـ/ـة على معدل ( 4.50 ) فأكثر لثلاثة فصول متتالية ، ومقدراها ( 1000)  ريال 

حسب المدة المحددة في خطة الطالب .

A reward of 1000 Saudi Riyals is granted to students who achieve a cumulative GPA of 4.50 or higher in both consecutive semesters (first and second) during the academic year.

1-    تدني معدل الطالب / الطالبة التراكمي اقل من (2) . 

2-    الاعتذار أو التأجيل أو الانقطاع من أي فصل دراسي أو الرسوب . 

3-    انتهاء المدة النظامية المقررة من قبل الكليات . 

1- Cumulative GPA is less than (2).

2- withdrawal, deferment, or dropping an academic semester or failing a course.

3- Exceeding the maximum duration set by the colleges.

1-    أن يكون الطالب / الطالبة منتظماً في الدراسة . 

2-    أن يكون الطالب / الطالبة سعودي الجنسية أو من أم سعودية أو منحه ثقافية خارجية (غير سعودي) . 

3-    أن لا يكون الطالب / الطالبة موظفاً . 

1. A student should attend classes regularly 

2. A student should be Saudi or has a Saudi mother or a scholarship-student 

3. A student should not be an employee 

 في حالة الرغبة في الإنسحاب  من الدراسة، يتم ذلك بإتباع إجراءات إخلاء الطرف: 

  - يقوم الطالب بتقديم طلب انسحاب من خلال بوابة النظام الأكاديمي الذي سيوضح له الجهات التي يجب عليه مراجعتها. 

تقبل عمادة القبول والتسجيل طلبات الانسحاب الكترونيا  ويمكن للطالب طباعة نسخة من إخلاء الطرف .

Students who decide to withdraw from the study, they should follow these procedures:

- A withdrawal request should be submitted through the academic system portal.

The Deanship of Admission and Registration accepts withdrawal requests electronically. The student can print a copy of the disclaimer.

يتقدم الطالب الى كليته التي حول إليها بطلب معادلة المقررات التي سبق له اجتيازها على أن يرفق نسخة من السجل الأكاديمي (الأصل). 

أن يحصل على موافقة وتوقيع رئيس القسم المختص والكلية على المعادلة. 

يتم إرسالها الى عمادة القبول والتسجيل لتنفيذها على النظام الأكاديمي بعد التأكد من مطابقتها للوائح المنظمة لذلك. 

يجب على الطالب الدخول من خلال حسابه على السجل الأكاديمي للتأكد من أن المقررات قد تم معادلتها.

Students should apply to their college for a course equivalency by submitting an original copy of their academic transcript.

Students should obtain approval and signatures from the head of the relevant department.

The application is then sent to the Admission and Registration Deanship to be uploaded on the academic system, after ensuring its compliance with the relevant regulations.

Students should log in to their academic record account to verify that the courses have been successfully equated.
